We offer a variety of family recipes. We mix all of our own spices from scratch, ensuring that there is never any additives or preservatives. No artificial ingredients or fillers.

Our salsa is made from all raw ingredients that are sourced locally. We meticulously hand select our produce for freshness and cleanliness. NO added preservatives, only those that are naturally occurring - for your good health!

Emma’s Tamales is inspected by the state of California and by the county of Sacramento.
Our facility adheres to good manufacturing practices regulated by the US Food & Drug Administration. ​

WE DO FUNDRAISERS &  LARGE PARTY PICK-UP

​Our tamales for fundraising are made with the same exceptional ingredients we use everyday, no skimping! We have a variety of flavor options including meat, poultry, vegetarian and vegan. For fundraisers we offer custom labels with cooking instructions, ingredients and a special "Thank You" with your organizations name.
